The files I have put here are the beginning of the archive as it should
be after the Quality Review Committee has reassessed the old articles.
The articles have been put in chronological order and have been given
the a name (*.NEW) according to the date of the last entry. 
This won't stay the same if the committee decides to toss out articles.

I have gone no further than 19940814, because I know there is still
an article in process which with that date.

These files are only meant as a guideline for chronology of review;
approved articles should either be sent to an editor (if there have
been large changes) or to the Librarian (me), and I will put them
in the new archives. 

The review committee is advised to add the new improbability factor
and article number to the article in the eeixxxx format, where
ee=editor number, i=improbability factor, and xxxx is the unique
article number.
