It is a response to my article on the subject and I only translated it. I hope the original author is still at that email address.... There is a more than average amount of cafes for a place this size, the ice-cream shop "Jansens" of course, and the annual "star festival", carnaval and concert of rock and roll band "Normaal". Most native `boskopers' enjoy this very much. Even for non-natives there is plenty. There is a very modern shopping centre, and there is always work to do in the many lawn flora and tree nurseries that Boskoop is famous for. It is a rustic place to live, in the middle of the `green heart of Holland', and only half an hour away from cities of Rotterdam, The Hague, and Utrecht. If you want to read more about the tree-nursery business, take a look at http://www.garden.nl (in Dutch I'm afraid). More about Boskoop on the site http://arnie.www.cistron.nl/boskoop.htm. %e *EOA*
