A Method of mass transportation. More commonly a means to con people in to believing that they are helping to save the environment, by leaving their cars at home. This however does not work since a similar number of people believe that since their good harted fellow humans are doing so much to save the environment, that they are now free to use their cars. The end result is that everyon ends up taking inordanate amounts of time in traffic jams as everyone works to save the environment. Buses also have the benifit of allowing local councils to feel good about themselves as they colse another carpark in aid of encouraging people to leave thieir caars at home. This just results in more people using their carssince they know everone else has left their car at home and now there will be more spaces available to park their car.
